Returns Policy
Free returns
If you are unhappy with the product you have received you may return it free of charge within 30 days for a full refund. We will refund the price of the product in full. Additional delivery charges such as Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD Express Courier are not refunded. Customers will be provided a free returns drop off label via our returns portal.
We can only accept products returned in an unused as new condition with the original manufacturer's inside packaging. You don't need to include the original outside mailing bag but the returned items must be appropriately packaged.
If the product you have received is faulty you can choose whether you would prefer a replacement or receive a refund. We will send you a prepaid return label for the return of the product in this case.
We will process your refund to the same payment method originally used to pay for your purchase.
